Raise More In Less Time

Follow our step-by-step process and raise more funds with our time-saving fundraising system that really works!

  • Developing your vision

The leader has a clear vision for what could be and can communicate why the organization needs to raise money.

  • Imagine if...

Illustrate the outcomes that can be achieved when everyone works together to advance the program.

  • Provide the remedy

Introduce the fundraiser and tie the campaign back to your why. Paint the picture of how the program benefits everyone.

  • Getting the students ready

Take 2-3 days to introduce the campaign. Paint a picture of why participation is critical, inspiring students and parents to rally together and support the cause.

    Action Steps

    • Students complete their supporters list
    • Announce the EARLY BIRD prize for $ raised by the end of the kickoff.
    • Record a video that invites supporters to get involved (script provided).

Step 3: The Kickoff

Middle and High School Groups

Bring the students together and host a 59-minute fundraiser. The ASKING is easier and more fun when done as a group. Challenge the group to see how much they can raise in 59-minutes. At the end of the hour, ask the students to follow-up with all supporters.

Action Steps

  • Students need their completed supporters list
  • Students need a smart device or a laptop
  • Realtime results and student incentives!

Note: if your group doesn’t normally meet after school, host a 29-minute fundraiser during class.
